PALS – Welcome Back!
The PALS (Playground Activity Leaders in Schools) program is an elementary school initiative designed to encourage physical activity and foster a sense of belonging among students during recess. It involves older students being trained to lead and organize fun, safe, and inclusive playground games and activities for their younger peers.
