With the onset of colder weather, it is important that our students are appropriately dressed for the weather. This means that students are coming to school in full-length clothing and wearing jackets or coats, gloves, hats, mitts, scarves, etc. Students are expected to be outside during recess. Fresh air and exercise support a positive learning environment and good health.
When wet/cold weather arrives, it is a good idea for students to have snow pants and an additional pair of pants and socks in their school bags. Please ensure that students are appropriately dressed for the weather. Please note that St. Elizabeth Seton’s inclement weather temperature has been set to -20 (between -15 and -19, students may be outside for an abbreviated recess period; at -20 students will remain indoors).
