Active School Travel is the use of any form of human-powered travel, such as walking, rolling and wheeling (cycling, scootering, rollerblading, skateboarding), to get to and from school or to and from bus stops (for students eligible for bussing). YCDSB Placed Under Supervision by Minister of Education

On Thursday, March 5, 2026, the Minister of Education placed the York Catholic District School Board (YCDSB) under supervision. While under supervision, all decisions that would normally be made by trustees, with the exception of denominational matters, will now be made by the appointed Supervisor, Carrie Kormos.

Updated History Curriculum for the 2026-27 School Year
