This year our Catholic Education Week will be held from May 5 – 9. Staff have planned some great activities to celebrate our faith. This week is also Children’s Mental Health and Awareness Week. We will continue our ongoing conversations that support good mental health.
We will begin the week with our Scholastic Book Fair which runs from Monday to Friday. Families are welcome to join us on Thursday from 5:00 – 7:00 to purchase books and other items. On May 6th, we welcome the families of our new Grade 1 French Immersion families to visit our school, learn about our program and meet some of our staff.This year, we will once again host our St. Elizabeth Seton Art Show which will be held on Wednesday, May 8th from 5:00 – 7:00 p.m. This is an opportunity to celebrate the many talents of our students. All students are welcome and encouraged to participate! Any media may be used (for example, drawing, painting, woodworking, sculpture, beading, photography, knitting, jewelry making) and students may submit art they have created at school or at home.
